Halo Board Electric Skateboard Carbon Edition is easily readable, has a decent range and has a moderate speed. It does not seem to have the best brakes and is not comfortable to ride on steeper hills.

What’s It Like when you Use the Halo Board Skateboard

When tested practically on the road, we found the performance of the Halo Board quite smooth and comfortable. Read on to know more about how it fared on different parameters.
Speed: Halo Board has a decent speed and is among the top scoring boards in terms of speed when compared to its counterparts like Inboard M1.
Range: It delivers a solid performance up to almost 15 miles and offers a much better range compared to other skateboards in the market. A person of heavier build might get a slightly lesser range.
Ride: When tested on bumpy and rough terrains, it doesn’t offer a smooth ride as expected with a slightly lackluster performance. It’s not an enjoyable experience on roads with cracks either. However, on flat ground, this is one of the best boards and the performance was reasonably smooth and pleasing.
Braking: The braking system could be considerably better and can certainly improve.
Silent Motor: Most other skateboards we tried has a noisy electric whine during acceleration, but Halo Board has an almost silent motor. Even at high speeds, the magnitude is much lower.
Light Weight: The carbon fiber is lightweight with a nice, sleek look. The board is more balanced and easy to carry around since the batteries are fitted directly into the deck.
